Going to Gym with Terminator Shoulders/ back for High Reps day....Ahh The Burn this 12 weeks Hitting Heavy days and Rep days already after 2 weeks already seeing Wonderful results after 12 weeks of Straight heavy, Prior to that the Speed, Agility endurance training, But also Incorporating these other aspects into this 12 weeks Just 2 days of the Speed agility and stuff, So many wonderful bag of tricks, Maybe start throwing in that Muay Thai training again, Boxing drills, Just make all around Awesome 1 year of training never the same always changing always growing always educating always moving miles ahead of most.
