They paint and decorate their flesh to look more appealing and enticing, when God has said, in virtually every New Testament precept and principle that born-again believers must CRUCIFY the flesh, DENY its lusts, SUBDUE the carnal mind, LOVE NOT the world and be SPIRITUALLY-minded instead. Wearing ornaments, jewelry and paint grossly contradicts the entire premise of modesty, sobriety, death to self, and godliness. - - - 1 Timothy 2:9-10 - “...women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.” j.mp/1mu45Lq
