Golden Opportunity for Solution Architect Job Description Teknovance is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect, to pioneer the new initiative of developing SAAS products for the small businesses, around the world. The right candidate will work closely with the management team in developing the products as well as growing the team to develop world class products. • Hands on development of world class SAAS products using latest technologies like Ruby on Rails, Python, AWS, etc. • Work closely with UX designers (consultants) and hire developers (contractors, to start with) as the project scope grows • Architect the product (along with the management team) for scalability, robustness and quick development iterations • As the product matures, opportunity to lead others areas of the business including hiring, team building in Pune, India and supporting business development activities. Job Specification The right candidate will have the following traits: • 8 to 12 years of hands on programming and solution architecture experience (multi web based products with full stack experience) and considers himself/ herself a technology geek! • Passionate about participating in a start-up company and building a world class product. Should be able to effectively interact with all the stake holders (management team, customers, consultants, etc.) • Self starter. A person who is self-driven and can work with minimal guidance.
