Gone into Kenya Power to complain about my power disconnection. The person helping me is a gentleman in his fifties and he has understood quite well the fact that i needed to buy 15 pairs of shoes last month, 8 this December, and will need another 12 in January. As a sign of good will and understanding, they have kindly waived the reconnection fee and put my electricity back on, allowing me to resume payments in March. I want to thank the hard workers at Kenya Power and cite the institution as an example of the gradual improvement we are seeing in Kenya. With things running smoothly and efficiently like this, it wont take 3 years before we send our first exploration ship to the center of the earth.
