Good Evening Everyone, I am currently offering training, workshops and I am available to start as soon as possible. Below is the title of the guide that I devised and the five topics that are currently being offered. Each topic is a full day event. You can select any combination of these topics and you can opt to choose to have a one-day seminar. ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIES AND CONSIDERATIONS: A PROFESSIONAL GUIDE TO FOSTER SUCCESS FOR SUPERVISORS, FRONT LINE STAFF AND SUPPORT STAFF IN NON-FOR PROFIT, FOR-PROFIT, PRIVATE SECTORS, TRADITIONAL SETTINGS, RELIGIOUS AND VARIOUS SETTINGS Burn Out and Stress Management Staff Behavior and Leadership Styles: How They Positively or Negatively Impact the Work Environment Supervision in Various Settings: Factors that Facilitate or Hinder Progress Goal Setting and Optimal Agency Outcomes Staff Morale, Self-Esteem and Professional Development I am willing to travel as long as you want at least 3 days worth of training and there are at least 20 participants who will register. These services are not available on Friday evenings or Saturdays throughout the day. They are available throughout the rest of the week and some considerations would be made for 1/2 day training on Saturday evenings if there are enough people.
