Good Friday afternoon Heartland. Sorry for the last post, my wife got on to me for being this late! Anyway, what a day! If you like the clouds and cooler temperatures like I do. It feels like football weather and if you are heading out to the games you may want to dress a little warmer than you are used to. Kick off temperatures will range from the middle 50s in our northern counties to the lower 60s south. Temperatures will only drop a couple of degrees during the game due to the cloud cover. There could also be some areas of drizzle. By morning we should see skies begin to clear. This will allow temperatures to drop into the middle 40s north to lower and middle 50s south. Saturday looks awesome!!!!! Partly sunny and cool with highs in the middle to upper 60s. Tomorrow night will be very chilly, especially in our normally cooler locations. I would not be surprised to see a few of our protected valleys dip into the upper 30s. With dew points in the upper 30s as well frost will not be a concern. However, if you have in tender vegetation you may want to cover them or bring them inside.
