Good Morning Guys!! Happy Wednesday!!! Whos ready for another day on plan??? YOU ARE!! :) hehe you know you love it! How many of us get in our water every day??? Honestly I dont most of the time. Whenever I do, I notice I lose more...go figure :) The way I learned it is you take your weight in pounds/2 and drink that amount of ounces of water, EVERY DAY! Imagine if you actually did It over a 12-14h period every day. How hungry could you really be? Hmm I wonder? :) Im not in favor of drinking instead of eating, its unhealthy and Im a girl who likes to eat! Im just saying drinking water is a big part of weight loss people forget or more appropriately overlook. It can be a pain to establish the habit at first, its an adjustment. If it is new to you, get yourself a sparkly fabulous water bottle you like (mine is pink) and start with something like crystal light if you need to. Its not the best but it helps the transition from soda or other drinks. Pick a flavor you like and run with it all zero points. Then transition again to water. Think of it this way, your cleansing your whole body, while eating healthy balanced foods on plan. You will probably notice you feel better, your skin looks great, and the scale is once again your BFF :) totally worth the effort in my opinion. Give it a shot today guys! Have a great day!
