Good Morning Happy Monday to you. Yesterday I did a post to ask what your health and wellness concerns were. Thank you so much, I received fantastic answers. I read through everyones answers and this brings me to the next part of helping you. I am hoping you can help me answer this question? Why is it that we are still seeing/reading about many people who have health concerns in the following areas? 1. Weight issues 2. Sleep issues 3. Exercise issues 4. Sourcing food issues 5. Sticking to your lifestyle issues 6. Skin & allergy issues 7. Gut issues 8. Stress issues There is so much health and wellness information out there and now thousands upon thousands of sites promoting advice on gut health, how to lose weight, paleo diet, stress, sleep etc. Just google your question and you will have answers. Have you dived into any of this advice and stuck with it? Are you putting your health & wellness first? Are you reading too much information and it is making your issues worse? What do you think the problem is with you not being able to find the help you need? Are you only 60% committed and not 100% There is no judgement here, so please speak freely. I am asking you these questions because I am concerned to read that many people are struggling, when there is so much health and wellness information out there; especially now since the paleo diet, LCHF, Real Food, clean eating and gut health has become mainstream. What can we do? I am not sure yet. However with your help in providing me with your answers we can start working on solutions. Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing your answers.
