Good Morning Polers!! Who else fancies coming along to Pole Practice at 6pm and Mixed ability pole at 7pm. At 6pm we have open practice and is perfect for anyone who wants to practice moves theyve been taught in class and perfect them so they can move onto new stuff in classes - ANY LEVEL SUITABLE. Ill be on hand to give tips, spot you and answer any questions! If your hardcore enough why not join in with Mixed ability 2 hours for only £15 / 3 credits!! What a bargain! Im yet to write the lesson plans for 7pm so if you have any requests let me know and ill be sure to include them. Remember Mixed ability is for ANY level from beginners to advanced. Perfect if your moving up from a beginners class or want to add on an additional class to your week! xx
