Good Morning Team DMC Happy Saturday everyone. As I close my eyes now I imagine just exactly what the gym will be like right now. Tunes will be banging the students will be grafting away all the coaches will be encouraging and motivating. The energy will be sky high, electric, happy excited and it will be brightly coloured all round. If you were with me now you would feel like I do a bit family, home and gym sick........Looking forward to a cuddle from the boys , some chat from the crew and students and a right nasty sweaty workout. Will be spending most of today telling stories while ensuring I deliver the correct techniques at the right time and flow through the delivery in order. Learned some great content and am looking forward to refining it with time. Had a good stretch today with loads of mobility and heading away soon for a 9am start. To everyone coming to train today at DMC HQ smash it. We will be back with you all soon enough.
