Good Morning Uganda - a Country where the only functioning institution is President M7. Yesterday, the Uganda Railway saga was finally resolved by the President and Minister Byandala had his time to bash fellow ministers that were involved in the bickering over the same. The President has contantly told Ugandans that he does not see anybody fit to rule this country after him. THE BIG QUESTION: Does him being the only functioning institution confirm that all other Ugandans lack the vision, charisma and courage to take this country forward???
