Good Morning World... :) Im not sure if it was because of FB or because of the 95.7 Coast FM Powell River news story I did with Amy Frahm Sharp but this morning I went down to get a coffee from Edie Raes Cafe and the 1920s antique clock that was stolen was RETURNED! I was so happy to see it sitting there! I looked at the video footage, but they slipped under the radar to replace the clock. I would like to meet this person for a couple of reasons: to find out why they stole it and also - why did they feel compelled to return it? Im glad it was a local person who obviously was affected by the media in town. I know this is a hard time of year for a lot of people and I, too, have done questionable things in my past - so no judgement towards the thief or thieves...I just want to know their story and to know if there is anything I can do to help them through this happy, yet hard for some, time of year. Please come forward and lets talk. God(dess) bless you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding the strength and courage to walk back in to The Old Courthouse Inn and return the clock.
