Good Morning on this dark damp spring day. I think that yard work would be counter productive today. I can think of no better way to spend the day than by going to the George Walter Vincent Smith Art Museum at the Quadrangle to see the Steampunk Springfield exhibit. Of course the best accompaniment to a visit to the Quadrangle is a meal here on Fort Street. To that end let me tell you about today’s specials: We have Lentil Soup a Grilled Frankfurt on a Toasted Roll, Baked Corned Beef & Macaroni au Gratin in Casserole or Sautéed Baby Beef Liver with Onion Sauce.
