Good afternoon, everyone!!! It has been quite a month!!! As a chef, I am always looking to improve my skills in this ever-changing craft. Over the last month, I have challenged myself to make better choices, by starting in the kitchen. I learned how to create tasty dishes that incorporated more veggies, proteins, fruits, healthy fats, and good carbs like whole grains and sweet potato. Adding a 30 min. daily exercise, I am happy to report a 10 pound weight loss and overall 20 inches removed from my body!!! I considered myself a lazy, snack-eating couch potato, so for me to see the amazing physical changes is quite motivating!!! The food I am eating is CLEAN, so I feel clean...amazing! What will motivate you?? Sometimes taking that first step is the hardest! Just know that whatever change you want to make, you can do it. 💗👍 Wishing you all happiness, health, love and success in the New Year and beyond!!🎉🎈🎉🍷🍷🎉🎈🎉
