Good morning Bellaire, Ohio. What I would like you all to do is contact the Times Leader via email or phone call. The actions taken on Election day were done on purpose. There was an active effort to besmirch myself and use intimidation, lies and even a front page story in the Times Leader to influence your vote. This was brought forth by one person who was representing a candidate for Mayor. I do know this seems like sour grapes, but you the people WERE CHEATED of your fair vote. Let me be clear, winning is only winning if the person does not cheat. And I am calling foul here. As everyone in Bellaire knows the blame for the Gazebo stupidity has been lumped upon myself and this page. While a brilliant move it is factually inaccurate. Well this dead horse will not lie dead and on Election day there was a false front page story in the Times Leader; timesleaderonline/page/content.detail/id/550491/Bellaire-gazebo-open.html why did I not complain before now? Well I thought the story was true. I was shocked that they were able to complete the entire process in such a short period of time, but if they did...so be it. In fact I even re-posted its reopening MYSELF as an accomplishment that day. I came to find out that it was ALL a lie. They do not have the CofO to occupy that structure, they removed the caution tape put upon it by their own people to take the picture and I am hot on the trail of who turned in the story to the Times Leader for publication on Election day. Fair is fair people. Rickie Parker and Dan Brown deserved a fair shot at the seat of Mayor for Bellaire, Ohio. That fair shot was destroyed by intimidation near the polling place and a blatant lie in the paper.
