Good morning FB family, I want to thank Sarah Try my coach/mentor for helping and encouraging me put this post together to celebrate the life and death of my father lasr week. It ttook me some time to post, WHY, because I am not sad, will I miss him? Sure, I have all wonderful memories of having Tea on the porch with Immanuel (my son) every morning. Pops will drive us to rhe pool and on our way home we would stop to get Doubles (Nilaja). I was in Trinidad for two months and that was our routine. Two days before I left for Vegas I was with my sister, while she is rocking my Locs we were passing the phone between us chatting with dad who was having fun playing cards, we were teasing him about that and he said that is the life. His funeral is on Friday so I will be there to support our mom. These are my siblings and the man that watched over us from near and afar. If you are feeling like your back is against a wall or feeling stuck, be encouraged, keep looking up, joy comes in the morning.
