Good morning ladies! Getting some good feedback about the new class setup, which is nice to hear and very helpful to ensure that buggy boot camp continues to meet your needs :-) Ill be getting some more ideas together to create a larger variety with the exercises. Remember, to get maximum benefit from your workouts, you need to do resistance (weight) training at least twice a week, and cardio (exercises that get you out if breath) at least 3 times per week. Buggy Boot Camp 2 times a week covers all of your resistance quota and more than half of the recommended cardio! See you next week, have a great weekend :-) Duane
