Good morning, several months ago, I had the very unfortunate task of reporting on the Oklahoma Oral Surgeon that was suspended for violating infection control guidelines. Dr. Harrington made little to no attempt to protect his patients from infectious diseases. Unfortunately, many of his patients have tested positive for Hepatitis A, Hepatitis C and HIV. These patients put their trust in Dr. Harrington and he put their lives at risk. An incredibly sad situation. A class action lawsuit has been filed against Dr. Harrington. I always try to not wish bad upon anyone, but this guy deserves to lose everything. He most likely will not do jail time, but I hope the judicial system punishes him in every way possible. This is a great opportunity for the message to be sent that these types of violations will not be tolerated.
