Good morning to members of Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club. First and foremost, as the new Chairman of the club, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members for their support and well wishes to the new line up of the committee. We are happy to announce that the line up are as follows: Chairman: Sean Lee Vice Chairman: Khairul Hezry Hon. Secretary: Sanjiv Indran Hon. Asst. Secretary: Azlin Asuka Langley Hon. Treasurer: Andrew Mark Fernandes Committee Members: Tintoy Chuo Nicholas Chan Yuarez Zainol Hafiz Azman David Lee Auditors: Dorothy Tai & Mohd Yazid We the Jedi Council (Committee Members of the term 2014 - 2016) would seek your support and participation to the coming fun event that is coming. Here are the lil things that we would like to put forward to you for what is to come: 1. Most importantly we shall have events and activities that encourages the element of FUN... 2. Ensuring a full transparent and accountable committee to the stakeholders which is to all our official member in the Club 3. Increasing the membership through a membership drive and also to let more people knowing about this official club. 4. Reaching out to more younglings and encourage our next generation to join us as they are our next generation leaders 5. Hold more fan - related events leading up to the Episode VII 6. Organising trips to places locally and hopefully internationally for the members... e.g. Legoland, Langkawi and etc Since we are all elected, we shall serve all members irrespective of whether they are from the light side or the dark side. We are all in this together as fans of the force. It is an honour for us to take this opportunity to give a special thanks to the past committee members who have served us well, especially Adi Azhar Majid, Haronalrasyid Nawi, Ainin Parid, Asmawee Mustafa, Syahizan Amir & Kavin Chng. They have been a great team we have worked with and learnt a lot from them. We look forward to their support and guidance in this new term. We shall and will never forget them as pillars to the Club. Again, thank you to all that came for the AGM (may it be 5th April or 25th April) and the whole entire members and fans for the support and participation.
