Good morning,tuesday,so much uncertainty at the moment,joanies foot is due for assessment today,lets see what phase we are moving to now................there are difficult days ahead,the right descisions must be reached,if magic wands could be waved.........but I have to deal with reality,no rose coloured specs,no fairy stories,just the facts.......she`s in good form other than her mobility,its vital everything is right,for her sake & mine,because when its down to the bare bones its me & her. The time for talk about where does she go from here ? may be looming,is she going to be able enough for home?? even with the best care package in place?? not to mention the district nurses input & tissue viability nurses because of the extraordinary vac pump in place where the foot ulcer was debrided,that I have to say,looks remarkably good !!!............she has many ,many health issues that conflict,its a balancing act of extreme sensitivity,all things considered,miracle is not too strong a word that she`s still here at all..........But none of us knows our end game,i`m always greatful to be blessed with a beautiful sunrise,breath in my body & food on the table.I`m blessed with a lot of great friends & thats my saving grace. You think I`m Teflon coated & I am,but my Teflon is a little chipped at the moment.........I`m not my usual peter kay like self 100% of the time,but I do have moments of pure brilliance !!*** pmsfl.........so don`t give up on me,i`m still kazza,I`m still open for business,if you stop me for a chat in Tesco & I burst into tears,its exhaustion,thats all,you dont need to do anything..........as for mr c.....he cops it all,but he is the air which I breathe,for me,the sun will always rise & set with him...................anyway,sorry to waffle,but thats me laid bare this morning........its a beautiful morning,enjoy it..............xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
