Good mornings people! :) Now that Im totally recovered from the weekend its time to talk about Awakenings ... First of all I want to thank all the people who was with us till the last beat of our set!! It was really great to see once again a lot of known faces, from all over the world, dancing in front of us! Thanks for the love and support you always show to us, thanks for the banners, the t-shirts, the cuores and the flag!! .... ahhh the flag!! Thank you very much to the person who gave me this, because now I have a big brazilian flag with my name to support Brazilian football team in the World Cup (good luck for us because it is going to be very difficult to keep in the competition :P)! Now the other part of the history, the horrible technical problem we had to affront during our set :( that was just the worst nightmare I would never think we would find in an Awakenings event! Now we know other artists also had problems like us and ... what a pity! As you can imagine, Lukas and I were super happy to close the Hardtechno Area of the festival this year, we were super motivated and feeling like lets give to the people a great powerfull set for this last minutes of festival ... Unfortunately, it was to hard to make what we were planning. To sum up: during the first 30 min we were playing without audio return (it means that the speakers near us in the stage were not working and we need it to listen what we are doing) ... after, the sound technicians decided to turn off all the equipaments from the Z area to restart them ... well, the problems were not solved completely because the main problem was a wrong cable connection when the technicians were switching the set up from the dj before to our set up, but at least we could listen something from our monitors. I want to say that we know problems like this can happen, and the sound technicians were working to try to solve the problem all the time! The stage manager was also very attentive and very kind in take the microphone and explain that the problem was from the equipaments not our. We are very greatfull for it! From our part, to say that we tried to do the best we could even with all the problem. And, even so, we had a lovely time playing together at this great festival for that lovely crowd!
