Good news/Bad news for today. The good news is it was another great game which we beat the Angels again by 2 runs. The bad news is we had only 7 players and really only one girl so its going to end up to be a forfeit in the books.. Angie Dalton was gracious enough to fill in behind the dish and the Good News Bears were willing to lend us a couple of their players so that we had enough to actually play the game. Im going to go out on a limb and say the she was the MVP this game because she single-handedly turned a sure out every inning into a two RBI sacrifice, two walks with runs scored on both, and one intentional strikeout where the coach was trying to play some end of game strategy that didnt happen to work out. So that puts us 4-1 but were still in good position for a bye in the tourney. Weve got 2 games left so lets make them count. GO LIFEPOINT!!!
