Good news to report from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our son, Lachlan was born on July 4th. He is a great joy to Sierra and I, and we feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to raise him in this world. Of lesser importance, but still good news, I am back to 95% health after a frustrating calf injury that I sustained in a fall at the Shanghai Diamond League 1500m in May. My training is coming along well, just in time for the IAAF World Championships in Moscow (1500m rounds are on Aug 14,16,18).
