Got a nasty email this morning from another agent that made a low ball offer on one of our new listings that was listed for less than two weeks. We ended up taking a much higher offer than hers, of course. Our price is in line with the market. She clearly advised her client incorrectly AND is now upset with me? Im sorry honey...its not my fault that you advised incorrectly and its not my fault that you dont know how to price property. Im sorry that your poor buyer is paying the price. Moral of the story.... make sure your agent is EXPERIENCED or better yet, hire a Broker (we have more education and more experience than your avg agent). Our team has sold over 450 homes.
