Got asked this question twice today and because when I started training nobody helped me in this aspect going to try give the little knowledge I know. Got asked what protein powder to take to get big? twice In the space of 30min. When I started lifting I,d chug about 2,3 even 4 shakes a day cause practically I was ignorant about nutrition. Now I maybe have 1 and the plan from next year is to not consume any. Guys to get BIG YOU HAVE TO EAT REAL FOOD!, check flexonline these pro,s are eating 8-12 meals a day. The best example is a tray of eggs and a bucket of protein which are you sure has the protein content? Obviously the eggs! So especially if youre starting out dont fall into that trap guys eat REAL FOOD!.
