Got back from donating blood and boy do I feel better. My heart doesnt feel like a fish flopping around in my chest. A few years ago I donated blood for my daughters surgery and found out it cured my issues with skipped and irregular heart beats. After years of medication I was able to stop. My Dad found that donating blood was the only thing that relieved his migraine headaches. If youre having any of these issues I suggest giving it a try. What have you got to loss even if it doesnt help you it could still save someones life.
