Got into a minor dispute with a Friend today, over a Poster or Shared image and its not entirely truthful wording. The subject is Micky Ds and Slimeburgers. Let me put forth what I think is truly important w/regards to said issue, and simply state that I consider the warped and dishonest keyboard-hotshots and professional (NOT!!!) author-wannabees that are growing in number exponentially as I click here, often completely, generally complacently, knowingly fabricating, over and over again, unjustified accusations agains t ANYONE, however disdainful a person or business, is then equally disdainful! As is typically the case, Its easy to Share because it looks believable, and I have shared, retracted and apologized; made fun of my brilliant display of hoof -in-mouth and reminded anyone else who puts it out that the info got debunked. Even if said offender is guilty of something - just not that and whatever it is, not that BIG, FOR CERTAIN - its like jailing someone for life, who should have gotten a warning, or to death instead of jail time with hope of getting out eventually, voting guilty during court duty not because he or she is actually guilty, but because you want to make a statement about some other criminal who got off, or number of criminals, etc., with same said offense, even though you know THIS one individual isnt guilty. One cannot commit said sin under the pretense of having taken the moral high ground. This is a simple case of words intentionally used out of context. Its supposed to be illegal! Its also insulting. I dont need fabrications. Ill come to my own conclusions, thank you!!!! Many of the people who have no issue in this particular case would take issue on any NUMBER of other cases. It isnt supposed to work that way! OH well, enough... SO: DATING BACK TO MARCH 12 2012, A PIECE ON THE DISPUTE REGARDING WHATS IN OUR GROUND BEEF, BE IT MICKEY DS OR MY OWN KITCHEN!!!! ABC News has learned the woman who made the decision to OK the mix is a former undersecretary of agriculture, Joann Smith. It was a call that led to hundred of millions of dollars for Beef Products Inc., the makers of pink slime. When Smith stepped down from the USDA in 1993, BPI’s principal major supplier appointed her to its board of directors, where she made at least $1.2 million over 17 years. Smith did not return ABC News’ calls for comment and BPI said it had nothing to do with her appointment. The USDA said while her appointment was legal at the time, under current ethics rules Smith could not have immediately joined the board. abcnews.go/blogs/headlines/2012/03/70-percent-of-ground-beef-at-supermarkets-contains-pink-slime/
