Got myself under the bar again after 4.5 years. Only managed 3 reps because unfortunately I woke up with a tension headache which kept kicking in every time I lifted but it was leg day and leg day does not get skipped!! Next week the catch bars are getting set one notch lower, and Ill get a decent set of 8-12 in. Pretty happy with that for today though :) especially as Ive made the executive decision to stop bloody dieting (since Ive been on a friggen DIET since I was 14 years old and it is BORING). Todays workout was fuelled by Cadburys Marvellous Creations and I will not be doing any more pointless cardio
