Reaction to Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patricks decision to temporarily house unaccompanied minors who cross the border illegally??? Mark Fisher, Republican candidate for governor of Massachusetts: The welcome invasion of Illegals into Massachusetts by Governor Patrick will cause an exodus of freedom-loving, taxpayers to states that respect the rule of law. As a result, Massachusetts will go from Tax-a-chusetts to Detroit- a-chusetts. Correct, Mark !!! We are already dealing with thousands of taxpayers packing up and leaving the Commonwealth each year. These tax payers are being replaced by a flooding of illegal immigrants holding false identities, sketchy criminal histories and many dropping anchor babies, giving them access to welfare, social security disability, section 8 housing and access to go immediately on Food Stamps/EBT. Under the leadership (non-leadership) of Deval Patrick, The Commonwealth has gone from 400,000 MA residents/illegal residents on food stamps to over 890,000 receiving EBT/Food Stamps and other entitlements. These increases are unsustainable. More Collecting Welfare/Other Entitlements that do not pay into the State Income Tax, property tax System outnumber those who do work and pay those critical taxes. The finances in Massachusetts are slowly showing a shift from a functioning budgeting and revenue system to eventual, bankruptcy. This is what Deval Patrick, Charlie Baker and Martha Coakly are not telling us. M. Clancy, Worcester, MA
