Gracie Belle is sleeping upstairs with Sherry and Joe. I went up to check on her a little while ago. She still looks at me with terror and often watches me with one eye. She cannot know how much I love her as I took her from ER to whichever vet she needed to see. Her little legs tire easily and she has stitches from her surgery that will be removed in Fairmont by her TERRIFIC surgeon on the 20 th. She is eating and I had a hard time giving her pills to her this morning. She has strength in those little jaws and was determined not to take them. Put them in food, she worked them out with her tongue. It took about seven attempts before she swallowed them. They were crushed and mixed with puréed chicken and rice this evening. She has walked a little a couple of times today but still sleeps a lot. I PRAY that she feels better SOON!!!! THANKS for ALL of YOUR PRAYERS!!!!
