Grandparents play an important role with children. My grandma Bernice was a character. We were walking to the L. We were about to walk past a vicious dog. Only the fence protected us. I couldnt walk pass the dog. I thought he was going to jump the fence. Grandma said watch me. She walked by and the dog didnt bark. So she told me to come on. I walked by the dog and he lunged at me. I didnt understand why. My grandma told me the #### dog came after you because he sense your fear. When we came back from downtown, I passed the dog and pretended not to be scared. Lesson: people should never sense your fears; you cant overcome adversities until you release your fears.
