Great Sunday morning session today with a lovely group if ladies joining me for the first metafit Sunday and a brand new track to go with it!! A special shout out to Kyley who has done a total of (correct me if Im wrong) 6 sessions this week, including 2 doubles!!! Also, new member Melanie, took full advantage if a few extra days off work to fit in a PT as well as plenty of group/metafit sessions!!
