Great! Thanks guys. Now everyone knows Im 45 years old! Honestly though, had a lovely birthday weekend just doing odds and ends and not a whole lot of anything in particular, which exactly what I wanted to do. Thanks to work for letting me take Friday off. Thanks to Andy for understanding my brain fart on screwing up the time and location of the shoot I was supposed to be on yesterday(thats what I get for taking a day off and not checking work email) Thanks to my old friend Eric for taking on the responsibility of my Clearwater house and having steaks with us on Saturday. Thanks for my baby sister Georgie and Luke and Jack inviting me to rekindle my childhood love of muppets at the movies today. Thanks to Ryan and the tumultuous time weve had at BMG and being surreally comedic to the point of ridiculous tears recently. Katie for being our left hand when the right one doesnt know what its doing. Thanks to the day job for letting us play in an unknown sandbox for a few months. To mum and dad of course. For always believing. To Bob Layton whom beyond friend I consider a mentor at this point in all the creative dreams I can hopefully fulfill. Suz, my conduit for reminding me of things I may have forgotten and the importance, lesson wise of yesterday informing tomorrow. KJ, Kev, to which despite our geographical handicap, we are still plotting to take over the entertainment world with the enthusiasm we had in high school. May that never change. And giant thanks to all my friends from near and far, recent and past that still nudge me to information and interests or just something stupid to brighten the day and for reaching out to me especially on my birthday to send love and regards. We may not be in constant contact but each of you are never far from my thoughts and Im reminded to be better in correspondence and friendship. Im here if you need anything and we all need to catch up. I promise Ill be better at that. And of course to Jill, my anchor. The most patient, generous, inspiring and funny partner I could ever hope to have found. She puts up with a lot and using the cliche, inspires me to be a better man, and with her dresses and make up tips, a more attractive woman. Id also like to thank the Academy....
