Great success can lead to great expectations. For the second consecutive overseas International trap competition, Janessa ran the first 50, finished with a 73, shot the highest score of all the semi finalists to move into the gold medal match, only to finish with a silver medal. I prefer to think of it as winning a silver medal rather than losing the gold, but when you get so close, its hard to not think of what you almost had. With so many opportunities ahead of her I have no doubt its only a matter of time until she once again stands atop the podium. I am beyond proud of what she continues to accomplish every week.
