Great visit with neurosurgeon and radiation oncologist! There is a small area of tumor left, but it is benign. He said he chased it as far as he could during surgery but because of swelling, scar tissue, etc. he had to stop or he would have been operating blind. But he is hopeful that if I have no more pregnancies -which Im not! :) - that it may not grow. Radiation carries some risks including secondary cancer, so we agreed to have MRIs every 3-4 months for now and only do radiation or surgery if it shows signs of growth. He also said my eye shows small movement and dilation and thinks it will heal over the next 6 months. Feeling very relieved right now! Please pray for zero growth- or even better that it will shrink! Very thankful for all your thoughts and prayers! Continuing to trust in our God! He has seen me through so much!
