Great work from everyone tonight in the Intermediate and Intro BJJ classes this evening! We covered mount escapes with Coach Clive and myself first and then base and posture in the closed guard with me solo! Everyones getting better, class by class. Cant ask for anything greater than that! Congrats to Blayne Dalton and Conor Russell on getting more stripes on their belts this evening! Afew of the lads are due a blue/white belt but were just waiting for a batch to arrive. Its no secret that if you keep turning up, youll keep learning. Till next week! :)
