Greetings my friends! Im absolutely delighted to announce that Ive been appointed as a formal adviser to The Launchpad Project Team. The Launchpad Project is a free health and fitness program designed to help people with obesity and limited mobility. This project will involve a series of daily videos focusing on exercise, nutrition, and mental health, while also being a safe place for people to talk freely about their issues and progress. As an advisor, lll serve as a voice and sounding board for minorities and underserved communities. Extensive studies have shown that poverty and obesity are closely linked. With issues such as lack of access to healthy foods and safe areas to exercise these communities have the potential to benefit the most from this project. As such, Ill be helping to review and guide the experts programming and content to ensure that they are fully aware of, and addressing, the unique issues these communities face.
