Greetings to the Global RasTafari Family in the true and divine name of Haile Sellassie I the first. The Council of RasTafari Ancients is making it our responsibility to inform the Global RasTafari Family, on the seriousness of the infiltration that has been happening to the RasTafari movement on a Global Level, even since the RasTafari Movement has received International Global Observer Status in the United Nation 1996. The Council of Ancients is making this appeal to the Family at a time like this because of the announcement by the Nyahbinghi Guyana House who is proposing an International RasTafari Theocracy Government Gathering, without any consultation with the Council of Ancients prior to the calling of such gathering. Such action is showing great disrespect and disregard to the Council of Ancients and their Autonomy as the Vanguard for the Governing of the RasTafari Movement Globally. For this reason the Council of RasTafari Ancients is cautioning the Nyahbinghi Order in Guyana that an attempt to carry off a deception under the heading of a International RasTafari Gathering has the last International Gathering in Barbados 1998 had done, will not be permitted to deceive the RasTafari Family in this time of 2013, when the Ancients has taken things in their hands to bring about some effective results to the RasTafari mandate of Repatriation by the inauguration of a Theocracy President Hon. Miguel Collins in 2012 October. The Council of Ancients is aware that there are individuals in the Nyahbinghi Order , EABIC, and the 12 Tribes of Israel here in Jamaica and the Caribbean Island mainly Guyana who may object to the decision of the Ancients electing of a Theocracy President for their acclaimed reasons, than the true hidden reason for their objections. Starting here in Jamaica the Ancients will take into account those who have publicly objected to the President on the public radio, mainly Ras Ivy Tafari , Ras Hyavee, Sis. Mitsy, three administrators of the Nyahbinghi House, others like Bro Miguel Lorne and Muta Baruka with the media of Irie Fm. Ras Ivy Tafari , immediately after his schooling was taken in the Nyahbinghi Order by Ras Boanerges with his other brothers in the early seventies where he has function as the Ilect of Record, especially after Jah Lloyd the first youth that was given administrative portfolio in the Nyahbinghi Order was removed by the ancients for taking things in his own hands. Ras Ivy Tafari done very good work as the pen for the Ancients by writing many nyahbinghi chants that are included in the 100 chants book and the nyahbinghi albums, he has assisted the ancients in the original draft of the Nyahbinghi Guideline and been functioning as a pillar of the strength in chanting the nyahbinghi and travelling the Globe with the ancients spreading the order of the Nyahbinghi. However for whatever reasons him and the High Priest Boanerges relationship drifted when he also took things in his own hands in 1998 July when him, Ras Hyavee, Ras Miguel Lorne, Ras Desilva and Sam Brown who died in the act of overriding the Decision of the ancients and the International Gathering that had called for the forth International Gathering in Barbados November hosted by the Nyahbinghi House to incorporate the Observer status of 1996 that the Nyahbinghi High Priest and Bongo Spear had, in a collective representation within the Forth International gathering schedule for November 1998. The International Ras Tafari Gathering started in 1995 in Miami then to Toronto in 1996, the third one in St. Croix November 1997, where members from the Nyahbinghi ancients attended. At the end of this International Ras Tafari Gathering in St. Croix 1997 it was collectively decided that the forth Gathering will be in Barbados November 1998 hosted by the Nyahbinghi House there. This was when Ras Donavan Wright ( Ivy Tafari) took counsel against the Nyahbinghi ancients hosting this conference and plan with members of the eastern Caribbean Rases organization and change the time of the Gathering to July without the consent of the Nyahbinghi Order here in Jamaica or Barbados to gather in Barbados . At this Gathering Ras De Silva from the all mansion here in Jamaica (RCO) was presented as the full consent from Jamaica with other top executives like Lawyer Miguel Lorne ,Ras Hyavee, and the great historian Rasta politician Sam Brown with some of the Nyahbinghi representatives from the Eastern Caribbean mainly Bongo Wisely and others like Ras Iral, Ras FrankI and Sister Ijahnya from small organization (corner stone and aniola)to form what was called the Caribbean Ras Tafari Organization,(RCO). At this Gathering they all sighned a petition against the Nyahbinghi High Priest Bongo Wato and Bongo Spear that the observer status that they received in 1996 was not represented by them but rather this new Organization called CRO will be the collective representation for such an Observer Status. Ras Ivy was question in 2008 at the coronation celebration at Pitfour Mobay, has to why the date of the forth RasTafari Gathering was change from November 98 to july 98. His response was that “the date of November was only a proposal made in St Croix so after it was reviewed they decided that November was school time and the gathering would have been more convenient for July when ones was out of school. At this Point Bongo Tawney the chairman of the Council of ancients at the time told the collective and Ras Ivy that it was a concrete decision made in St. Croix by the ancients and the collective and not a proposal. The forth International Rastafari Gathering took place in November 1998 in Barbados hosted by Thirteen Ancients from Jamaica the crown council was there ,if you google Ras Tafari International Gathering you will see it. Therefore whatever took place in Barbados July 1998 was not the forth International RasTafari Gathering but rather an interception of the Collective RasTafari International progressive Movement for personal hidden Agenda under the name of CRO. Since the formation of CRO in July 1998 and the International Rastafari Gathering in November 1998, there has been no further record of a Rastafari International Gathering until now we hearing of an International Gathering in Guyana. Therefore there most be some serious clarity on jus what and who is behind such a calling and what is the true objective . The accomplishment of establishing a Caribbean umbrella organization for the sake of one voice is quite a positive milestone if only it was for real and not just for the sake of pulling off a bigger sum of Money from the UN under the disguise of eradicating poverty from our community for a few executives in CRO. Since the formation of CRO they have been having annual summits every year since 1998 and so far there has never been a summit in Jamaica or any report or benefits awarded to any Ras in Jamaica that can be accounted for.
