Group input needed: Question for the group: Little info: I have physical custody of our 22 month old litte girl. We share legal. This is Ns bi-weekly overnight visit. Sat 9am to Sun 8pm. Tomorrow, Mothers Day, the Court Order states the Holiday time as 10 am to 4 pm. Does the holiday trump the remaining 4 hours of non custodial parents visitation time? 4pm to 8pm. A reasonable parent would drop off at 10am and resume visitation on the next schedule day. In this case would be Monday 3pm to 8pm, but we dont deal with reasonable, rational, or reality here, so I know he will be back at my curb at 4pm only to bring her back home at 8pm. My question again is does the holiday trump his usual visitation time or should I release her back to him to finish off the rest of his Sunday visit, 4pm to 8pm.
