Growing up I was always afraid to sell myself in terms of conveying my strengths and capabilities others. My mom would always tell me that is ok to brag about yourself aka promote yourself bc no one can speaking clearly of what you are capable of other than yourself. Ive still got it! Threw that fear to the side last night and got to writing, had a trusted adviser critique it, and was told my letter was excellent, and I had been prepared well. Praying that this confident promoting of my abilities translates into new adventures and new beginnings. #thetimeisnow #brightfuture
