Growing up my Dads favorite holiday was Christmas. He was always so happy and festive during that time of year. He got dressed up in his red v-neck sweater to go to the annual holiday party, might have drank a few seven and sevens, laughed loud and loved being with his family. One of the memories I share with him is we loved the same Christmas song, Hard Rock Candy Christmas by Dolly Pardon. As I went upstairs here at Starbucks to volunteer for our awesome holiday launch that song pipes in through the speakers. I cant even explain the different feelings that overcome me when I hear this song!!! Makes me sad, makes me smile, makes me think back to all those wonderful holiday memories that we shared as a family. Thanks Dad for being a part of my awesome holiday.....it sure was a pleasant surprise
