Guiding Ohio Online is a new AmeriCorps program in which our library is participating this fall through next August. We are seeking to fill a full-time AmeriCorps position with a flexible and caring individual committed to community service. The successful candidate must have the ability to provide digital literacy training throughout our library systems service district by way of instructional classes, one-on-one assistance, and community outreach related to computer software applications, Internet searching, email, social media, downloadable resources, and emerging technologies. Experience with tutoring, teaching or working in public libraries is a plus. The successful candidate will receive a stipend, paid ACA compliant health insurance, and an educational award upon successful completion of the program. Click below to view the complete job posting.
