Guys, I think some governors especially those who were in the forefront attending the so called Devolution Conference in Kwale must have learnt that they will never move even for an inch without the support or the blessings from the national government. There is even a well known Governor who has been claiming that his county government is not less than the national government ie they are equal. Its a fact that a number of governors have been engaging in competition and confrontation thus undermining the sovereignty of our nation.
