Guys? Ive been getting ppl asking me about the Metro rail and Shosholoza Meyl situations.. I do not work for PRASA dear people, I work for Transnet. Transnet is a Freight Transportation company, it does not transport people. Here is the breakdown: Transnet Port Terminals: does exports and imports of goods by Ship between SA and international countries. Transnet Freight Rail: does the transportation and distribution of all South African goods accross the whole of Africa via trains. goods like, cars, coal, agricultural stuff, food, ect. Transnet Pipelines: does the transportation of all South African and African fuel, via underground pipelines. Transnet Engineering: is where all the trains and locomotives of Transnet are being built and maintained. So please guys..I have nothing to do with your MetroRails not being on time. Thanks.
