Guys, at August, 9 in Moscow we will have 1st Barefoot Race 5К in Russia! Barefoot Race - this is first and only “natural run” on 5km distance (all track will be maximally cleaned and checked). It will be run without any footwear. Without shock absorbers, insoles and other modern things. Just barefoot! As we were designed. On green grass and warm earth under summer sun! For real!
