The Humain Soc, Dog Warden and cops are USELESS !!!! They are a waste of time & money & should just close there doors, There is a dog in our building that is being starved to death, he might weigh 5 lbs, and should weigh 25 lbs, all you see is ribs, his waist is maybe 4 inch around and the owners say they do not want there dog fat, this dog will be dead within a couple weeks, many of us have called and they come out and do NOTHING !!!! Same with another dog here that is put out side in the sun on 100% days on the patio and no water, and below 0 % for hours, she puts a muzzle on the dog in the apt. all the time, she doest feed it, its matted to the skin, we have called over & over again on this one also, but these dogs are still with there owners. I live in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Summit County and the police and the rest are a waste of time, they all just tell you to call someone else or let it go !!!"
