Gym Tip...how is your squat form? The top video is Aarons normal squat. As you can see he is leaning way over, knees are over toes, and butt is not even close to 90 degrees. With this squat form Aaron is just asking for an injury. The bottom video is a quick fix to Aarons poor squat form. We used a resistance band to give Aaron slight resistance in his upper body to help him be able to keep is upper body straight, knees behind toes, and butt down to 90 degrees. The videos were with in about 3 minutes of each other. If you have a bad squat form use a resistance band to fix it immediately. The band will not catch you when leaning back but it will give you the slight resistance you need to correct form. A correct squat with low weight is far more effective then a heavy squat with poor form. HAPPY SQUATTING!!
