***** H E L P - LA Area / Gardena CA ***** If youll listen to the background noise thats so typical of a shelter, youll know what I heard when Tino and I found Lilly. For all the talk about the Vicious Pit Bull Breeds Ive seen MANY more like this little girl. With all the other dogs barking and yapping, these big ol containers for a Huge Heart are often found laying quietly, a closer look will betray their fear and broken heart / spirit. If you watch closely at about the 19-22 second mark of this video youll see her ears shaking with her overwhelm in this prison. I firmly believe they ride a hellish Roller-coaster of emotional torture in these shelter, they are hopeful to see their human walk through the door every time it opens or when someone comes towards them searching for someone to Love them! Pitties are almost genetically predisposed to Love, yet most often the human walking down the row will shun and draw back at the mere sight of the Label Pit Bull. The Pitties hearts sink and soon enough they shutdown emotionally, a reaction some humans also know all too well :-( Please dont Judge prematurely - If anyone can help it would be awesome! ~ Aloha Marc
