HERE ARE TWO IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE HOMBU (HEADQUARTERS) OF THE NIPPON SEIBUKAN ACADEMY – ALL JAPAN BUDO FEDERATION / NIPPON SEIBUKAN DOJO – ZEN NIHON SOGO BUDO RENMEI, KYOTO, JAPAN: 1. We are happy to announce, that the Hombu (Headquarters) of the Nippon Seibukan Academy in Japan, has authorized two groups to manage Seibukan activities outside of Japan. The groups are the Nippon Seibukan Academy Seiyo Branch led by Jose Miguel Martinez Barrera, and the Nippon Seibukan Academy International led by Roy Jerry Hobbs. Any questions concerning this matter should be forwarded to the Hombu in Japan. 2. The Hombu (Headquarters) of the Nippon Seibukan Academy in Japan has confirmed that there can be only one Seibukan branch in each country. The Hombu has reaffirmed that the sole UK Branch is the one headed by Chris Spencer-Hicks, Hanshi. He is the UK Branch Shidoin and is the only person in the UK authorized to act in that capacity. Any questions concerning this matter should be forwarded to the Hombu in Japan.
