HERE IT IS AND WOW!!! So I offered a free private kickboxing session on condition I could record snippets of their progress. Nikki Matthews has never done any boxing, kickboxing or anything similar and check it out... Impressive! This video is the long version showing the progression, but well worth watching and I wanted Nikki to have a good amount to look over and enjoy. From 5min 25sec she really fires on all cylinders and hits so well... Scary to think how talented we could get her with more sessions. I repeat this was her first session, and we spent first 15min with fitness and stretching before hitting pads. Anyone interested in private sessions please register interest :) whether for fitness, as a new interest or self defence / confidence build... I can help.
